Julie Caricato
CEO | Qualifying Broker
With experience in overseeing numerous national company offices, Julie has meticulously combined the most successful elements from each of her previous workplaces to establish the foundation of Coastal's unique identity.Julie's real estate career started in 2001 with a strong foundation in land sales and development. Julie expanded to form her own team with a nationally recognized firm and became one of the top performing teams in her office. Julie's success was driven by her expertise in Subdivision development supporting over 12 builders during the mid- 2000's along with managing individual retail residential sales. With the new construction market crash in 2008, Julie was asked to join the Management Team and spent the next 10 years coaching, recruiting and training agents. She led significant growth of the offices she managed along with maintaining a steady stream of sales and referrals with her own team.
Julie also leads an Atlanta based Alpharetta office with strong broker support and assists agents daily to "think outside the box" to grow their business.

Executive Director
Originally from Australia, Genevieve brings an international perspective and an obsession with operational excellence to everything she does. She is the kind of person who finds genuine satisfaction in a perfectly run office, and it shows.
Genevieve's background spans brokerage operations and agent support, where she built a reputation for creating structure, driving retention, and making sure agents have everything they need to focus on what they do best. She has a deep understanding of what makes a brokerage tick from the inside out, and she channels that into building a culture agents are proud to be part of.
At Coastal Communities Realty, Genevieve serves as the backbone of the operation. From agent onboarding to brokerage support, she is committed to making sure every agent and client experience reflects the standard Coastal was built on.
