OVERVIEW

The program is specifically designed to mentor and coach both new and struggling agents through a series of 9 weekly intensive hands-on training sessions plus on-the-job experiences. The training sessions are customizable to each agent’s level of experience and transaction production. There will be one-to-one sessions with the Coaching staff and Brokers(as needed), plus group classes with other Vendor professionals such as closing attorney, lenders, appraisers, etc.

COACHING STAFF EXPECTATIONS

  • Meet weekly with agent for 9 consecutive weeks for accountability and homework review

  • Availability to answer Real Estate related questions or concerns

  • Arrange and guide on-the-job training and experiences through 6 transactions

AGENT EXPECTATIONS

  • Commit to work the program a minimum of 30 hours per week (including weekends)

  • Meet weekly with Coaching staff for 9 consecutive weeks for accountability and

    homework review

  • Attend or participate in brokerage, Board of Realtors, or other training as assigned

  • Stay “in curiosity” with a positive attitude
